Early Registration begins on Monday, October 31, 2011 through Thursday, November 10, 2011. Open Enrollment will commence on Friday, November 11, 2011. Early registration will be conducted by appointment only. Registration appointments are assigned by the Office of the University Registrar based upon cumulative earned hours and degree-seeking status as of Monday, October 17, 2011.
Appointments are scheduled at 30-minute intervals. The first appointment of the day is at 8:00am, and the last appointment of the day is at 8:00pm.
If you have a hold that will prevent registration, you will not be permitted to register until you have completed the necessary steps to resolve the hold and have been cleared to register. For directions on how to resolve your hold(s), follow the Check Your Holds link in the Student section of CampusNet.
Given the convenience and availability of CampusNet, the Office of the University Registrar strongly encourages you to save time and register online!
You will need your CampusNet login ID and password to register online. Your login ID is your 7-digit CSU ID. If you havent received your password or have forgotten it, your password can be reset by calling the IS&T Call Center at 216-687-5050.
Adding classes can be done through CampusNet through the first week of the term. All subsequent adding must be done with the appropriate late add form and must have confirmation of payment from the Office of Treasury Services. Please follow all directions and deadlines stated on the appropriate late add form.
Dropping/Withdrawing from classes can be done via CampusNet through the established deadline reflected in the academic calendar. Non-attendance does NOT constitute an official withdrawal from classes. Questions regarding the refund schedule for classes can be directed to the Office of Treasury Services at (216) 687-3615.
Students seeking a medical withdrawal from the university are strongly encouraged to consult with their college advising office before making any registration changes. Once they have withdrawn from classes, students need to consult with the Office of Treasury Services.
Students who are called to active military duty have two options for their class work. Students may:
Affected students need to present an official copy of the military orders to the Office of the University Registrar (KB 1414) and to their instructors. The Office of the University Registrar will provide copies of the orders to the Office of Treasury Services and Financial Aid Office.
